We’re growing fast and looking for a strategic, driven Head of Sales / Business Development to lead our revenue efforts and scale our market presence.

About the Role

As Head of Sales / Business Development, you’ll own the company’s sales strategy and execution. You’ll build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, expand key partnerships, and identify growth opportunities that align with our long-term vision.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy.
  • Build, manage, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, go-to-market, and growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing successful sales teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in [industry/sector—e.g., SaaS, B2B tech, manufacturing, etc.] is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
