SAM Corporate is a FinTech and Digital Transformation provider offering ESG Reporting, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and Business Process Automation solutions across the GCC. We work closely with CFOs, CIOs, Digital Strategy teams, and Transformation Leaders to enable impactful enterprise change.

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our Sales function, drive enterprise deal execution, and spearhead our market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Sales Executives and Business Development team
  • Define, execute, and continuously optimize the regional sales strategy
  • Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline
  • Engage directly with C-level and senior decision-makers (CFO / CIO / Transformation / Sustainability leadership)
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance accountability
  • Partner with senior leadership on go-to-market planning and market positioning
  • Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven sales culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years experience in B2B Enterprise Software / SaaS / ERP / Digital Transformation Sales
  • Minimum 5 years in the UAE with proven deal-closing record
  • Prior experience leading sales teams or a regional sales function
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills at executive level
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach when required
  • Commercially driven with a focus on pipeline velocity and revenue targets

Compensation & Growth

  • Clear progression to Commercial Director / Regional Sales Director as business scales
  • Competitive Fixed Salary as per market standards.
  • Commission: Uncapped
  • Influence over sales structure, hiring, and go-to-market direction
