Job Summary:

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and executing all sales and marketing activities for the company’s real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and resort developments. The role involves driving revenue growth, establishing strong brand positioning, building and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, and ensuring the successful launch and sell-out of all projects.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team, ensuring strong performance and client relationship management.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales follow-up.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Review sales reports, monitor performance, and provide strategic direction to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor movements, and buyer behavior.
  • Ensure sales documentation, agreements, and records are maintained accurately.

Marketing Management:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Manage branding, advertising, PR, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate project launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
  • Supervise creation of marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, billboards, and videos.
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to ensure targeted lead generation.
  • Handle media relations and partnerships with agencies, vendors, and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing spend and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration (preferably from a reputed institution).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate sales and marketing, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and selling high-rise, residential, or resort projects.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and real estate sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs250,000.00 per month
