Head of Sales-Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations in Muscat.

Requirements: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably with reputed / large organizations

Mandatory GCC experience in Real Estate (applications without this will not be considered) Candiates from dubai prefrred

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans

Drive revenue growth and market expansion

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Monitor performance and ensure team productivity

Pay: RO900.000 - RO2,000.000 per month
