About the Company:

Hiring for a real estate firms handling international clients

About the Role:The Head of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and setting overall sales strategy for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibilities:
• Sales Function Setup: Build and structure Pakistan sales operations,
• hire/train team, establish processes and performance systems.
• Revenue & Strategy: Own revenue targets, execute go-to-market strategies,
• manage pipeline and conversions.
• Channel Development: Build broker/agent networks, manage partnerships,
• drive performance through incentives.
• Market Execution: Align with marketing (events, launches, roadshows),
• provide market insights, ensure strong brand positioning.
• Leadership: Lead sales team, build performance-driven culture, represent
• company commercially in Pakistan.

Secondary Responsibilities.

• Support in Internal reporting, coordination with leadership on expansiontrategy, process optimization, ad hoc commercial initiatives

Experience: 8+ years

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (12 pm to 09 pm)

Location: Lahore
