We are hiring a Head of Secondary Market to build, launch, and scale our secondary sales division from the ground up. This role carries full ownership of strategy, hiring, structure, and performance.
The successful candidate will establish the entire secondary market function-starting with recruiting Sales Managers, who will each manage 10-20 Property Consultants, and growing the division into a high-performing, revenue-generating business unit.
This is a senior leadership role suited for a builder, not a maintainer.
Key Responsibilities Build & Scale the Division
- Design and launch the Secondary Market division from zero
- Define team structure, reporting lines, and growth roadmap
- Recruit and onboard Sales Managers and senior agents
- Build scalable processes for listings, sales, and team expansion
Leadership & People Management
- Lead and develop Sales Managers, each overseeing 10-20 agents
- Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and accountability frameworks
- Coach managers on recruitment, training, and performance management
- Establish a strong performance-driven culture from day one
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Own full P&L and revenue performance of the secondary division
- Drive inventory acquisition, exclusive listings, and market coverage
- Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and deal closures
- Personally support high-value clients, complex negotiations, and key deals
Operational Excellence
- Implement CRM discipline, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Define SOPs for secondary transactions and client handling
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
- Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Operations to support rapid growth
Requirements
- 8-12 years of Dubai real estate experience, with strong secondary market focus
- Proven experience building or scaling teams from scratch
- Experience managing managers and multi-layer team structures
- Strong leadership, hiring, and coaching capability
- Commercial mindset with clear ownership mentality
- Deep understanding of Dubai property laws, resale transactions, and compliance
