Head of Support

Istanbul, Turkey

We seek a strategic and hands-on Head of Support to lead and scale our driver and user support operations in Turkey. You will be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence, acting as the voice of our customers within the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing support team.
  • Develop and execute the support strategy for the Turkish market.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient resolution of inquiries across all channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
  • Ensure all support processes and materials are fully localized for Turkey.
  • Analyze support data to identify trends and report on performance.


Requirements:


  • Professional Turkish and English.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a support team.
  • Strong knowledge of support metrics and CRM tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
