Head of the Networking and Technical Support Section

• Planning, directing, and designing network systems to ensure stable network operation in the Public Prosecution and in accordance with the requirements of the Public Prosecution's strategy towards a digital prosecution that delights the community.
• Supervising the development, configuration, maintenance, and support of electronic network devices and software to ensure maximum utilization.
• Supervising the development of a policy for controlling network access, including details about the networks and devices that can be accessed, and the official authorization process for granting network access rights.
• Supervising the establishment of a practical procedure for activating or terminating any network communication links at the entity.
• Supervising the application of the appropriate means to control access to the network in order to verify any equipment or devices connected to it.
• Supervising the effectiveness of remote network communication identity verification procedures.
• Supervising the effective application of appropriate segregation controls across all types of internal, external, wireless networks, and digital telephone communication according to the approved protocols in this regard.
• Supervising the effective application of suitable security and operational controls for any communications with networks outside the control of the Public Prosecution.
• Supervising the design of network projects according to the department's requirements and monitoring their implementation and updates.
• Reviewing technical reports for electronic systems related to networks, approving them, and submitting them to the department manager.
• Supervising the conversion of incoming technical support requests from all departments and sections of the Public Prosecution regarding employees.
• Supervising the implementation process for the installation, updating, and protection of network devices.
• Reviewing best practices in the field of networks and technical support.
• Preparing, reviewing, and updating the operational plans and objectives of the department.
• Managing employee performance and distributing tasks and responsibilities among them.
• Studying the department's requirements and preparing the proposed budget for it to be submitted to the department manager.
• Identifying the training needs of employees and working to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Managing the effective implementation of the communication and internal communication methodology within the department.
• Communicating with suppliers of equipment and obtaining low prices in coordination with the purchasing and stores department.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures of the information security system in the public prosecution and ensuring that department employees comply with them.
• Ensuring that any evidence of a threat to information security or any suspicious activity that may lead to the disclosure, damage, or destruction of public prosecution information is reported.
• Ensuring that department employees receive adequate training in information security awareness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in networks and operating systems.
• Practical experience of at least 10 years in the same field of work.
• Male= completed the national Service
• Extensive technical knowledge in the field of networks
• Supervisory skills
• Advanced knowledge of litigation procedures and criminal trial processes
