Role Description:
✅ Manage Health Benefits for employees across Pakistan, ensuring seamless access and timely updates.
✅ Coordinate With Health Service Providers to ensure accurate policy implementation, quick resolutions, and strong service levels.
✅ Handle Medical Emergencies by guiding employees/their families, ensuring smooth admission processes, and coordinating approvals when it matters most.
✅ Manage Monthly Movements including new joiners, separated employees, card issuance, endorsements, and timely reporting of additions/deletions.
✅ Provide Support & Awareness by assisting employees with claim processes, coverage queries, and benefit clarifications.
✅ Maintain Data Accuracy through regular tracking, MIS updates, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
