Reporting To: Helpdesk Manager (Pakistan)
We provide control room (Help Desk) services to a UK-based security company that has been operating since 2005 and currently manages security operations across approximately 150 sites.
As a Helpdesk Intern, you will support the Helpdesk team with day-to-day scheduling, communication, reporting, and operational tasks. This internship is designed to help you build strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills while gaining exposure to real-time operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating weekly security guard rotas and help in monitoring shift coverage.
- Support daily control room activities under the guidance of the Helpdesk Manager.
- Maintain and regularly update internal reports such as Duty Filters, subcontractor reports, emergency cover logs, and filing systems.
- Participate in making liaison calls between clients, Customer Relationship Managers, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Help document and escalate incidents or operational issues to the Helpdesk Manager and relevant UK managers.
- Assist in generating and distributing daily operational reports.
- Support in creating customer service and performance reports as needed.
- Provide basic out-of-hours front desk support when instructed.
- Assist the Helpdesk Manager with small projects or administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain professional attendance, punctuality, and adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
- Actively work on developing your skills, knowledge, and understanding of business processes.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Helpdesk Manager.
- Ensure proper handover of tasks before taking approved leave.

- Basic administrative or office experience (internships/academic projects acceptable).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to understand and follow business processes.
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support colleagues.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
