Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
