Hiring Indoor / Outdoor Sales Representative – Cosmetics Company (Sharjah) with own visa

We are looking for a serious, professional, and highly experienced Outdoor and indoor Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has proven experience in cosmetics sales.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell cosmetic products to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Represent the company professionally in all sales activities.
• Report sales performance and market insights to management.

We are looking for a serious, professional, and experienced Sales Representative to join our cosmetics company in Sharjah. We specialize in supplying beauty products to salons, spas, and retail customers across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cosmetic products to salons and retail clients
• Build strong relationships and grow customer accounts
• Achieve sales targets and expand market reach
• Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service
• Use computer and social media to support sales and marketing
• Work professionally with the team and represent the company

Requirements:

• You should have your own visa with a valid NOC to proceed with the labor agreement
• Proven experience in cosmetics sales (indoor or outdoor)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Must have own visa with valid NOC and we will provide labore agreement as per UAE rules and regulations
• Outdoor role: preferred to have own car and UAE driving license (company support available if needed)
• Must be located in Sharjah or willing to relocate
• Flexible to work morning or evening shifts (10 AM – 11 PM operation hours)

Salary & Benefits:

• Indoor Sales: Starting from AED 2,000 + commission
• Outdoor Sales: AED 2,000 up to AED 5,000 + high commission (depending on experience and car availability)
• Transportation, petrol, and expenses support (for outdoor team if applicable)
• Benefits as per UAE labor law
• Salary package finalized after interview
