Optimize BPO Services is an international IT and digital solutions company with a strong portfolio in web development, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Online Bidder to manage our presence on platforms like Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer — and bring in qualified international leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Write professional and customized proposals for clients on Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
• Communicate with international clients to understand their project needs and requirements.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain follow-ups, track proposal performance, and manage pipelines effectively.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare quotes, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding (Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, or similar).
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT and digital services (Web Development, SEO, Design, Marketing, etc.).
• Ability to work during night shift (8 PM – 4 AM).
• Karachi-based candidates only (on-site role).
