Manager Sales (Tender and Bidding)

Karachi, Pakistan

Identify and analyze relevant public and private tender opportunities across sectors.

Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including pre-qualification, documentation, pricing, and submission.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, and operations) to prepare compliant and compelling proposals.

Track tender results, evaluate performance, and improve future bid strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement departments, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and upcoming tenders.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.

Ensure all submissions comply with company policies and client requirements.

Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for management review.

Participate in negotiations and contract finalization post-bid win.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
