Summary

We are looking for a Holiday Consultant to guide customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, offering suitable options, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide destination suggestions, quotations, and itineraries
• Convert customer enquiries into bookings
• Manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documents
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and ticketing teams
• Offer pre-travel and post-travel support

Requirements

• Experience in holiday planning/sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
• Ability to meet targets and handle multiple bookings
