Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Holiday Home Admin Assistant to support the operational and administrative functions of our short-term rental and leasing portfolio. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth guest interactions, coordinate property logistics, and maintain accurate records to support the division’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage booking calendars across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and internal systems
  • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring timely communication and support
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, functional, and guest-ready
  • Maintain organized records of reservations, payments, and guest feedback
  • Assist in updating property listings, adjusting pricing, and managing promotional content
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational performance
  • Support marketing efforts including social media updates and online listing enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and company standards
  • Handle leasing renewals and documentation for holiday home properties
  • Assist with new leasing procedures including tenant onboarding and contract preparation
  • Provide administrative support across the Holiday Homes and Leasing departments
  • Coordinate property management tasks including inspections, maintenance scheduling, and tenant communication
  • Oversee snagging processes for newly listed or renovated properties, ensuring issues are documented and resolved

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and UAE tourism regulations is a plus
