Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi residential market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the home‑buying process with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of homebuyers and investors
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on residential market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Promote and sell off‑plan and ready homes across Abu Dhabi
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports
• Stay updated on new project launches, community developments, and real estate regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi housing market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
