Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a solid understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activity
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales within the UAE is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a client‑oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
