Home Vacation Agent - female

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Home Vacation Agent to manage short-term rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire guest experience from inquiry to checkout, ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable, and optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Management:

Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly.

Coordinate check-in and check-out processes.

Provide local recommendations and assist with guest issues during stays.

Property Management:

Schedule and supervise cleaning and maintenance.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards.

Manage inventory of supplies (toiletries, linens, etc.).

Listing Optimization:

Create and update property listings with compelling descriptions and professional photos.

Adjust pricing using dynamic pricing tools to maximize revenue.

Monitor reviews and respond to guest feedback to maintain high ratings.

Handle unit permit applications for new apartments, renewals and updating check in / check out information in the DTCM Portal.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain booking calendars across multiple platforms.

Track expenses and generate monthly performance reports.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality, property management, or real estate preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, or other vacation rental platforms.

Tech-savvy with the ability to use booking, scheduling, and pricing software.

Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
