Hospital Administrator

We need a Seasoned and Experienced Hospital Administrator to look after and establish the requirements of newly near completion hospital.

A highly qualified person with relevant qualification and experience in the hospital building and HMS is required.

Candidates possessing the following skills will be given preference.

· Establish Hospital management information system

· Know-how of Financial management/ accounts dept / fund generation/ billing/ cashier

· To cater for all the requirements for registration with IHRA and other government agencies

· Calculation of Electromedical equip required, tendering, evaluation and then purchase

· Requirements of Human Resource, phase wise hiring, making HR policies and agreements

· Approach Consultants

· Formulating a Marketing strategy and then hiring a firm and phase wise implementing.

· Develop Hosp dept like OT, wards, and so many more......

· Look after the Pharmacy and liaison with pharmaceuticals.

· Liasson with Diagnostic Center

· Establish, Monitor patient Kitchen, cafe, laundry

· Paramed and put uniform designs and placing contracts

· Design and complete all Stationary Requirements in hospital

· Formulate Registration and patient related processes in hospital

· Establish Clinical Risk management / conflict management

· Handle Security Matters

· Establish Waste disposal dept

· Approach different organization for panels
