Job Summary:
Looking for a Hospital Management Professional to oversee and manage daily hospital operations, administration, and interdepartmental coordination. The position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth hospital functioning and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily hospital operations across departments.
- Support clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain efficiency and service quality.
- Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and administrative standards.
- Monitor resource utilization, staffing schedules, and facility readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Lead initiatives for hospital development, accreditation, and patient experience enhancement.
- Manage administrative correspondence, procurement coordination, and budgeting assistance.
- Foster teamwork and a culture of accountability among staff.
Requirements:
- MBBS / Master’s in Hospital or Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hospital accreditation, patient safety, and quality improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
