Restaurant General Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to optimize procurement.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Analyze financial reports, track key performance indicators, and manage budgets.
  • Plan and execute marketing promotions and community engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast food chains.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
