JOB DISCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hospital Manager to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure efficient administrative and clinical support services. The ideal candidate will have strong HR and hospital operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of patient care, compliance, and staff performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Operations

  • Manage day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments
  • Monitor patient services, facility management, and vendor operations
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and hospital resources

HR & Administration

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and staff scheduling
  • Manage employee records, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies

Financial & Reporting

  • Assist in budget planning and cost control
  • Monitor operational expenses and optimize resource utilization
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management

Patient Experience & Quality

  • Address patient concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Implement policies to improve patient satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall hospital environment

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare administration
  • Experience in HR management and staff coordination
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hospital compliance, NABH (preferred), and healthcare standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
  • Master’s degree (MHA / MBA – Healthcare) will be an added advantage

Preferred Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
  • Experience managing multi-department hospital operations
