We are excited to announce that Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is seeking a Hospital Administrator (Male) to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch with a strong focus on customer service, quality, people management, and process compliance.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare services within the assigned hospital.
• Manage hospital policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Lead and implement change management initiatives to successfully roll out new processes and procedures.
• Supervise and guide operational teams for effective execution of daily tasks.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless hospital operations.
• Handle hospital revenue, budget, and resource allocation to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.
• Experience: 0–3+ years.
• Gender: Male (Immediate joiners preferred).
• Location: palakad, calicut

Salary: ₹17000 to 25,000
