Hospital Pharmacist

Job Summary:

Responsible for dispensing prescribed medicines, ensuring safe and effective drug use, maintaining inventory, and advising patients and medical staff on medication use and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use.
• Maintain pharmacy stock and records.
• Ensure compliance with drug laws and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses on patient treatment.

Qualifications:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm (M.Pharm preferred).
• Registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council.
• 0–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medicines and drug interactions.
• Attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
