As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Reservation Systems Analyst to join our team and optimize our reservation technologies.

Role Overview

The Reservation Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and improving hotel reservation systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with hotel staff and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support hotel reservation systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers).
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze reservation data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to optimize workflows and enhance guest booking experiences.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Train hotel staff on reservation system usage and best practices.
  • Document processes and provide regular reports on system performance.
  • Stay updated on hospitality technology trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience working with hotel reservation systems or hospitality IT.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, GDS, and channel management platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
