Job Overview

We are seeking an elegant, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our fine dining restaurant team in Kuwait. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service staff to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
• Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservation requests.
• Handle guest concerns and special requests courteously and professionally.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in promoting restaurant services, events, and special offers.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or upscale restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages, including Arabic, are an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed appearance with excellent presentation skills.
