Hostess - Fine Dining

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hostess to join a leading hospitality group in Kuwait, operating premium dining and lifestyle restaurant concepts.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Coordinate guest seating to optimize restaurant flow.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.
• Maintain an organized reception and waiting area.
• Communicate effectively with service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Minimum height: 5’5” (165 cm).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English.

Pay: Up to KD450.000 per month
