Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Hostess to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menu information when required.
• Coordinate with service and management teams to optimize guest flow and seating arrangements.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Monitor dining capacity and communicate table availability effectively.
• Support restaurant operations during peak service periods.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and hospitality.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
• Familiarity with reservation and table management systems is an advantage.

Pay: KD300.000 per month
