Hostess/Cashier

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and ask for drinks
- Take reservations over the phone
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant, including hours of operation and prices
- Assist with to-go orders and ensure accuracy in packaging
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand area

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team member
- Excellent guest service skills, including the ability to handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
