Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. You will manage the front of the house operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and processing payments. Your ability to create a positive dining experience will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and waitlists effectively to optimize seating arrangements.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations and customer service at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or restaurant settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and inquiries.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for food service and helping others create memorable experiences is essential.
