Hotel Front Desk Agent

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm via phone, email, or in person
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to enhance their stay
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly and resolving issues effectively
  • Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations, billing, and guest requests
  • Ability to manage night audit procedures confidently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, including guest relations and hospitality best practices
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a hotel front desk agent ( With Choice advantage )

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
