Hotel Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities both public and guest rooms, equipment, and grounds. The successful applicant will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with a keen eye for detail. If you are a hands-on individual with experience in maintenance, painting, and customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.

- Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.

- Paint and finish surfaces to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.

- Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Experience with painting.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality in work.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
