Hotel Maintenance Engineer

· Building repairs e.g. drywall repairs, painting, floor (tile) repairs, change lights etc.

· HVAC equipment PM (level 1) e.g. changes belts, filters, and minor repairs and assist contractor as necessary etc.

· Computer knowledge/ ability e.g. EMS, word document etc.

· Plumbing e.g. change faucets, flush valves, clean minor clogs, minor piping etc.

· Electrical e.g. change outlets, wall switches, light ballast etc.

· Assist with Marketing/Promotional set-up and takedown.

· Snow and ice removal from the sidewalks.

· General lifting of 60 to 100 pounds.

· Able to work in restricted or small areas e.g. pipe-chase.

· Able to work from ladders or man-lifts

· General knowledge and use of miscellaneous equipment e.g. power - saw, drill sander, Grinder garden tractor, cutting torch etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
