Job Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of: air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing,
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong guest service skills
• Schedule includes weekends and holidays

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
• Program TV's and perform general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Assist with driving 14 person shuttle
• Assist with houseperson duties as needed
