Hotel Night Auditor

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services
  • Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly recorded
  • Handle cash, credit card, and billing procedures with precision to maintain financial integrity
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks of public areas to ensure guest and staff safety
  • Prepare detailed shift reports highlighting any incidents, maintenance issues, or guest requests for the morning team
  • Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
  • Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Familiarity with guest services, front desk operations, and hotel management best practices
  • Previous experience working night shifts in a hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
