We are hiring House Keeping Manager !!!!

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across our client facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and prior experience working in hotel housekeeping, bringing service excellence and high operational standards into the facility management environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations across assigned facilities.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Create and implement housekeeping SOPs and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address facility needs.
  • Handle staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and respond promptly to service requests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, facility management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping; hotel experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and housekeeping best practices.
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping management software (added advantage).
