SENIOR HOUSE MANAGER – PRIVATE PALACE (VIP / ROYAL STANDARD)

Location: Abu dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Female Senior House Manager to oversee and manage the full operations of a prestigious private palace for a prominent Emirati royal family. This is a high-level position suited for candidates with elite experience in royal households, VIP residences, or ultra-luxury private estates.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate outstanding leadership, absolute discretion, and mastery of five-star hospitality standards and VIP protocols.

IMPORTANT: This role is strictly for candidates with proven experience in private palaces or Emirati family residences. Applications from hotel, cleaning company, or corporate backgrounds without private household experience will NOT be considered.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5+ years of proven experience within private palaces, royal households, or high-profile Emirati family residences in the UAE
✅ Mandatory experience working with Emirati families or VIP principals
✅ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and oversee a large domestic team
✅ Expert-level knowledge of VIP protocols, formal service, and luxury hospitality standards
✅ Strong operational control over housekeeping, staff management, inventory, and palace organization
✅ High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
✅ Female candidates only
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is highly preferred)
✅ UAE driving license is an advantage
✅ Ready for immediate joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily palace operations to the highest international standards
• Lead, train, and supervise household staff ensuring efficiency and excellence
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Coordinate high-profile events, VIP visits, and formal receptions
• Manage procurement, inventories, and vendor relationships
• Ensure complete privacy, security, and comfort of the principals
