House Manager (butler-style service for villa)

Position: Villa / House Manager

Salary: 10,000AED - 15,000AED

Reporting to: Owner/PA

Role Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy and polished House/Villa Manager to run day-to-day household operations for a private residence. This is a hands-on role combining butler-style service, staff supervision, vendor management, and high attention to detail to ensure the home runs smoothly and discreetly.

Key Responsibilities

Household operations

• Manage daily household routine: openings/closings, readiness of all areas, guest setup
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the villa
• Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, ironing, and basic home inventory (linen, toiletries, pantry)

Service & hospitality

• Welcome guests, serve refreshments/meals as required, coordinate guest experiences
• Ensure formal service standards (table setting, etiquette, event readiness)
• Handle special requests with a “can-do” attitude and discretion

Staff supervision

Coordinate and supervise household staff (maids, drivers, gardeners, security, etc.)

Create schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, maintain discipline and morale

Train staff on service standards and SOPs

Vendors & maintenance

• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance, repairs, pest control, pool, HVAC, etc.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance checklist and track issues to closure
• Monitor quality and cost; keep the home fully functional at all times

Purchasing & budgets

• Manage household procurement (groceries, supplies, consumables)
• Track monthly household expenses, petty cash, invoices, and receipts
• Maintain stock levels and avoid last-minute shortages

Security & confidentiality

• Ensure basic security protocols (keys, access control, visitor logs where applicable)
• Handle family information and schedules with complete confidentiality

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience as a Villa Manager, Butler, House Manager, or similar
• Strong service mindset: calm, well-groomed, professional, respectful
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing staff and vendors
• Basic tech skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel for tracking)
• Flexible timings; willing to work evenings/weekends when needed
• Clean background and strong references

Preferred (Nice to have)

• Hospitality background (5-star hotel, concierge, fine dining service)
• UAE experience and familiarity with local vendors and standards
• Valid driving license

Working Hours / Benefits

• Schedule: 6 Days a week, flexibility for events/guests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
