House Manager / Household Manager - UAE experienced only

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Oversee upkeep and maintenance of the residence and outdoor spaces.
  • Supervise and manage household staff (housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, drivers, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth daily household operations, including supplies and inventories.
  • Plan and manage household budgets, control expenses, and report financials.
  • Organize and support events, gatherings, and guest services.
  • Maintain health, safety, and security compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between owner and staff.
  • Provide personal assistance to the property owner (appointments, travel, errands).
