Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large private household. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the residence, manage household staff, coordinate services, and maintain the highest standards of discretion, efficiency, and hospitality.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and prior experience in high-end private households or luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the household
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate household staff (housekeeping, drivers, service staff, etc.)
• Ensure the property is maintained to high standards at all times
• Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage household inventories, supplies, and budgets
• Plan and oversee private events, formal dinners, and special occasions
• Implement household procedures and service standard
• Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role in a private household, luxury hotel, or VIP environment
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible hours as required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and high service standards
• Valid driving license is an advantage but no necessary

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in large or high-net-worth private residences
• Background in hospitality, luxury service, or estate management
• Experience managing multicultural staff
