FEMALE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER – PRIVATE PALACE (VIP STANDARD)

Location: Al Ain, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations within a prestigious private palace serving a prominent Emirati family. This is a senior position requiring strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and VIP service standards.

IMPORTANT: Only candidates with proven experience in private villas, palaces, or luxury hospitality environments will be considered. Applications from candidates with experience limited to basic cleaning roles or non-supervisory positions will NOT be accepted.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager in the UAE
✅ Prior experience in private villas, palaces, or 5-star luxury hotels is required
✅ Strong leadership skills with experience managing housekeeping teams
✅ Excellent knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and luxury presentation
✅ Ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✅ High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
✅ Female candidates preferred
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✅ UAE driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations across the palace to ensure flawless standards
• Manage, train, and supervise housekeeping staff and daily schedules
• Inspect rooms and all palace areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation excellence
• Control housekeeping inventory, supplies, and procurement needs
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments as required
• Ensure compliance with VIP protocols and luxury service standards at all times
