About the Role

Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and 3 years of housekeeping experience in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support housekeeping staff throughout their shifts.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Train, guide, and mentor new and existing housekeeping team members.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; prepare requisitions as needed.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and assist the Housekeeping Manager with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• At least 3 years of total housekeeping experience within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and people management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
