Housekeeping Supervisor

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Executive Housekeeper overseeing our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and custodial services, with experience in managing housekeeping teams in hotel or industrial cleaning settings.

*Responsibilities*

- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

- Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience

*Requirements*

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or industrial cleaning environment

- Strong knowledge of floor care, sanitation, and general cleaning practices

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service

- Certification in housekeeping management or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
