Housekeeping Supervisor - Female (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong background specifically in luxury hotels or high-end resort environments. The successful candidate will oversee housekeeping operations within a private, high-profile residence in Qatar, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly guest-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping activities within the residence.
• Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to consistently deliver top-quality service.
• Ensure all areas of the residence are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage staff schedules, housekeeping inventories, and the procurement of cleaning supplies.
• Liaise with management and external vendors for maintenance or specialized service requirements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Diploma or professional training in hospitality or a related field.
• 2–3 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star luxury hotel or upscale resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
