• Screening resumes
• In-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations of suitable candidates
• Coordinating interviews
• Following up on the interview process status
• Presenting company information and benefits during screening process
• Current updates on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
• Liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Reports on employment activity.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.

Qualifications: BE(MECHNICAL)+ MBA(HR)

Experience: 2-3 Years
