Better Business Consultant is a fast‑growing consulting firm helping businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale sustainably. We work with clients across industries, providing tailored solutions in management, marketing, and finance. As our team expands, we’re looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
  • Support managers with candidate evaluation and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
  • Assist in performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Promote a positive, supportive work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work evening/night shift (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Time).
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and online collaboration tools.
