HR & Admin Executive

India

  • Employee Records Management – Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records accurately.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
  • Onboarding Process – Support onboarding activities including documentation, ID creation, and induction coordination.
  • HRMS Data Entry – Enter and update employee data in HRMS or spreadsheets regularly.
  • Payroll Assistance – Provide required data to payroll team such as attendance and leave summaries.
  • Administrative Tasks – Handle office admin work like stationery management, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.
  • Employee Engagement – Help organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and feedback collection.
  • Exit Formalities – Assist in coordinating full & final settlements and exit interviews.
  • Compliance Support – Ensure employee documents are in line with statutory and audit requirements.
  • Internal Communication – Draft and circulate HR-related communications like notices, policies, and updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
