Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and scheduling
  • Manage front-office activities, calls, and visitor coordination
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
