Position Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Andheri East (15 min walk from metro & railway stations)

Working hours:Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm

Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day office administration and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support recruitment activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR files.
  • Support payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

Administration

  • Manage front office operations, visitor handling, and call coordination.
  • Handle AMC tracking and coordinate servicing for office equipment (AC, printers, IT systems, insurances, etc.).
  • Procure stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies; manage vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate with IT support for system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Organize office events, festivals, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and smooth daily operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to multitask and handle vendors and internal teams efficiently
  • 2–5 years of experience in Admin and HR support roles preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
